Filmely provides custom video production services, including but not limited to event video invitations, In Memoriam living tributes, and kids’ hero / fairytale adventure videos. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing depend on the package or custom quote agreed with you.
When you place an order or request a custom project, you agree to provide accurate information and the materials needed (photos, details, preferences). Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Work typically starts after the agreed deposit or full payment is received, depending on the package.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photos, videos, music references, names, and text you provide to us. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to create and deliver your ordered video.
You are responsible for ensuring that any people featured in the materials (including children) are included with appropriate consent from the relevant parent, guardian, or individual.
Revision rounds depend on the package selected. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance may incur extra fees. Once you approve the final video, further changes may be treated as a new request.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and the speed of your feedback. We will communicate progress and any expected delays. Final files are typically delivered digitally in formats suitable for mobile sharing and general use.
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the finished video for personal or the agreed event/business purpose (for example sharing with guests, playing at an event, or private family use). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the underlying production methods and non-client-specific assets.
You may not resell our templates, processes, or unfinished project files. We will not publicly use your finished video or personal photos for marketing without your permission.
In Memoriam tributes are created with care and restraint. You acknowledge that animation of photographs of deceased individuals is done at your request and based on materials you provide. We aim for a respectful result but cannot guarantee emotional outcomes for every viewer.
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting service, submitting harmful code, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for high quality and reliable delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every creative outcome will match subjective expectations beyond the agreed brief and revision process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filmely shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Because services are custom and production-based, refunds are handled case by case. If work has not substantially started, a refund or partial refund may be possible. After significant production or final delivery, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where we have failed to deliver the agreed service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
